Grave and internment maintenance

Here at Mid-Essex Garden maintenance we are aware of the importance of your love ones last resting place to you. We know for a variety of reasons people are not always able to care for them themselves. This is why we offer a grave and internment cleaning and maintenance service.

In most cases this would start with a visit to the grave or place of internment to assess what is required, followed by us liaising with you to establish a plan of works. Normally the first visit is for a deep clean and tidy up of the grave or place of internment and surrounding area. We then set out the frequency of return visits to make sure the grave or place of internment always looks its best.

There are number of elements that we can offer with this service the most popular are listed below but we are happy to accommodate bespoke requests.

• Cleaning of head stone sets and footer

• Weeding

• Grass cutting

• Replacing lost or broken flower holders

• Replace coloured stones or other coverings

• Place fresh flowers on our visits

We would always advise to check with the local authority responsible for the general maintenance of the grave yard before putting items on or around the grave as the rules vary from place to place.
